Looking after our Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing (MHEW) is incredibly important at all times but is particularly important at the moment. Often, we only take notice of our MHEW when it has started to deteriorate; when we are feeling low and we are then either not sure where to turn or feel embarrassed or self-conscious about asking for help.
